Phresh Photonics' SiQu50-TIA is a unique positioning module that combines a
Silicon Quadrant Photodiode with amplifiers resulting in a complete sensing and amplification
unit with a small footprint!!
With excellent response in the Vis-NIR this quadrant photodiode amplifier hybrid module can be used with most any light source.
The SiQu50-TIA hybrid provides for amplification (104KOhm) of each of the quadrant's element's current
and in turn outputs an amplified voltage; all in the same footprint size of the detector itself.
Just a little over a half inch in diameter!!!
This module can be used to very accurately determine the location, position and movement
as well as the intensity fluctuation of a light beam.
The standard version of our quadrant photodiode amplifier hybrid uses just +3 to +18 volts from a single power supply,
and has a sensing area of 8mmŲ; alternative versions for use with dual power supplies or with a smaller,
or UV enhanced quad are also available additionally we offer custom circuits and packaging.
Typical applications include laser beam alignment (including in a feedback loop),
target acquisition, aiming systems and other position sensing needs.
